Senior Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 10-15+ years of experience leading and delivering complex, large-scale projects. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership, oversee project execution, and mentor project teams to ensure successful delivery aligned with organizational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful project outcomes.Define, manage, and control project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.Develop and execute comprehensive risk management and mitigation strategies to proactively address project challenges.Monitor project performance, maintain accurate project documentation, and provide regular status updates to executive leadership.Manage stakeholder communications, expectations, and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.Apply advanced project management methodologies, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness.Lead cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams while fostering collaboration and accountability.Mentor and coach project managers and team members, promoting professional development and project management excellence.Ensure projects align with organizational goals, strategic initiatives, and business priorities.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
