DBA should be certified professional on Oracle database technology. DBA should have working experience on ITIL based tools & processes such as Change, Incident management, SRT handling etc..DBA should have good communication skills and client facing experience.. DBA should bridge gap between infrastructure DBA and application teams. Offshore DBA should work in night shift on a regular basis in North America timings and also perform on-call support on a rotation basis.Optional skills : Proficiency in data integration and data quality development, standards, concepts, and platforms. Understanding of code promotion, version control, and QA procedures. Experience implementing enterprise database High Availability solutions.
