Job Description
Provide clerical support for a private adult outpatient mental health practice. Answer phone, greet patients, enter demographic information into computer, schedule appointments, file charts, and type letters. Ensure that all clinical records are maintained accurately and deal with confidential information. Experience in a similar secretarial position is preferred, but not necessary. Ability to work independently, prioritize a multifaceted workload and work well with a multitude of professional and non-professional staff. Possesses effective verbal, written and organizational skills. Must be able to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely fashion with minimal supervision;
