What You’ll Do:

• Assess client needs and provide customized financial planning recommendations.
• Guide clients through investment, insurance, and estate planning options.
• Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication and service.
• Stay current on financial industry trends and regulatory changes.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Integrity, professionalism, and client-first mindset.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-focused, growth-oriented environment.

Preferred Background:

• Bachelor’s degree (or some college coursework).
• 3+ years in customer service, financial services, or client-facing roles.
• Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
